Service Administration Manager career opportunity
The Role will include :
· Renewing with customers (directly) Annual Service Contracts
· Liaising/placing orders with contractors/suppliers re: products, service visits and planned works
· Quoting customers for remedial works following engineers visits/call outs to site
· Controlling smaller projects & schedule timing of deliveries/works & RAMS
· Quote for new service contracts & Liaise with sales department
· Being on the front foot resolving & managing customer & contractor issues
The successful candidate will already have at least 2 years experience in a customer facing role and will be used to a target orientated environment
The role requires the ability to take & manage incoming enquires & work in a small team but also be part of a larger business.

· Problem solve & be self-sufficient showing strong communication skills
· Be confident handling complaints & service issues
· Build rapport with customers, suppliers and team members
· Account manage certain large customers and contracts
· Be diligent and quick in response to service issues
· Win the respect of their peers to champion and lead the role in this key service role
Training will be provided both externally and internally as well as the ongoing support of our existing sister company ‘s service depts.

Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm
