Computer Power Protection (Sales) Limited (referred to as UPS) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 02784286 with its registered office at Unit 71, Shrivenham Hundred Business Park, Majors Rd, Watchfield, Witney, Swindon SN6 8TY.

Using the Site

  1. Use of the site is only permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service provided on the site without notice. We shall not be liable if for any reason whatsoever the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
  2. You must at all times whilst using the site act in accordance with relevant laws and regulations in force at that time. You must not at any time use the site for any illegal purpose.
  3. CPP is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the site and in all the material published on it.

UPS, nor any associated company, shall accept any responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of material displayed on this site and such material is produced without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Any liability of CPP or any associated company is excluded to the fullest extent as permitted by law, which shall include, but not be limited to, any liability for any economic, consequential or indirect losses incurred by any user in connection with the site, the inability to use the site, the results of use of the site or in respect to any sites linked to it and any materials posted on it, or howsoever arising.
