PowerPro EL Static Inverters offer a significant advantage for Emergency Lighting applications by providing tightly regulated and controlled sinewave power to a variety of normal functional or decorative mains luminaires as emergency fittings. The PowerPro ELXA 3 hour 2000VA is an expansion to the standard 100 series and features an internal self-contained battery system capable of providing 3-hour autonomies for emergency lighting. This range includes wall-mounted and stand-alone options, making it a fully encapsulated product for lower rated requirements.

EL100 models have single-phase rectifiers with 'Soft Start' control that incorporates thyristor controlled bridge circuitry to limit inrush current and prevent overloading of marginally rated mains supplies. These models are an excellent solution for single-phase loads and can reduce the need for extensive re-cabling during installation. Additionally, the 93% efficiency rating ensures that there is minimal energy loss during operation.
